  • My name is Joy Snow, and I am an Orthopedic Massage Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Kinesiology Taping Specialist and trained in Level 1 Myofascial Decompression and Neuromuscular Re-Education.

  • Meet Bina Winkler, she appreciates the uniqueness of each individual and understands the complexity of structural differences from person to person. Her own unique challenges with structural anomalies and hypermobility has led to an interesting focus on both mobility work and strength and conditioning for pain management and injury prevention supported by bodywork and manual manipulation.
