Robina's endless curiosity for movement as medicine originated from her own personal experiences and continues to be fueled by her passion for helping others. She believes in a well-rounded, diverse movement practice and works to help individuals increase proprioceptive awareness.
She appreciates the uniqueness of each individual and understands the complexity of structural differences from person to person. Her own unique challenges with structural anomalies and hypermobility has led to an interesting focus on both mobility work and strength and conditioning for pain management and injury prevention supported by bodywork and manual manipulation.

She works to create optimized training programs to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients, ensuring that they get the most of their workouts. With her background, she also strives to understand and appreciate the whole person in order to lead to positive results in the long term, tackling lifestyle habits outside of the gym in addition to the benefits seen with in-house training.
When not in the gym, she looks for opportunities to expand her knowledge of the field, so you will often find her in a coffee shop studying textbooks and academic journals as she pursues additional certifications and higher education.

Daniel will help you develop a strong foundation in muscle mass, flexibility, strength, and education so you can keep doing what you love and improve at it whether its Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Dance, Gymnastics, etc, or more common activities like Running or Lifting.
When he isn’t training people, working out, or thinking about the gym, Daniel is either working with preschoolers, spending time with his partner, or attempting to improve his cooking skills.

Amber believes exercise should be a resource of empowerment, and self improvement. Not only a workout but an investment for the mind and body. Meeting each client where they are at and creating a personalized program with intentions to create lifestyle wins alongside progress in their workout. When not training at SOMA VT, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, listening to music, and attending concerts.
In recent months, she has also taken up long-distance running.

It is her life’s mission to help others toward “Better” and to assist people on their journey out of pain and injury and back to life.

Joy’s passion for massage therapy stemmed from her own need for extensive rehab from a crippling sports injury. She was amazed that by addressing the soft tissue components surrounding the injury site it promoted muscular balance and fluidity, with pain free movement patterns.
Joy also studies to understand structural movement patterns, the difference between male and female muscular balances and how to address injuries and rehabilitation. Joy is looking forward to working with you and creating a healing environment that promotes a healthy, balanced and active lifestyle.
