Small Group Training with a Twist

Our Small Group Personal Training classes are great for people looking to train in a fun, group environment while also keeping the benefits of a personal trainer. People in our Small Group Personal Training classes enjoy their own individual training program, coaching attention, and plenty of space to get their workout in stress-free!

Small Group Personal Training vs Group Fitness:

Many people are familiar with the traditional group fitness setting: one large class with one instructor, that hypes the group up and keeps everyone moving through the program. At Soma VT, we take a different view on working out with your friends or those in your community. Our mission is to help everyone realize their fitness goals and potential through personalized programming and attention.

Our Small Group Personal Training option brings “Train Together” to life through individualized programming in a group setting. One coach, anywhere from 2-8 clients, all working in the same space on their own goals, at their own pace. In this setting, modifications can be made based on-the-fly based on the individual while still enjoying a group vibe and environment.

What To Expect:

Similar to anything we do at Soma VT, your initial steps are centered around getting to know more about you. After we set up your training account and schedule your first consultation, we will dive deeper into your goals, injury history and training experience to help build a plan that’s right for you.  

Step One: Account Set Up

Provide your contact information and a few reasons why you’re interested in our services. What do you want to get out of your training? You should receive email invitations to our training app and scheduling software.

Step Two: Scheduling

Schedule a time via email or through our Mindbody scheduling app to come in for your initial consultation. You’ll receive a consultation form that you can fill out prior to your first appointment via our training app software.

Step Three: Free Initial Consultation

Meet your coach, discuss your goals and injury history and develop the plan that is right for you!

Small Group Personal Training Pricing:

1-Per-Week:
$120/every 4 weeks

Visit once a week, receive your personalized workout to complete in a small group setting.

2-Per-Week Training:
$240/every 4 weeks

Train two times per week, receive your personalized workout to complete in a small group setting.

3-Per-Week Training:
$360/every 4 weeks

Attend three sessions each week and receive your personalized workout to complete in a small group setting.

Single Session: $40 per session

Sign up and join on a per session basis in a small group setting.
