What Is Semi-Private Training?
“I wish I could do that exercise”
“That exercise would decapitate my knees and cause me to lose consciousness in the middle of the gym”
Working out with other people can be challenging. We all have our own goals, injury histories and motivations for training.
Insert Semi-Private Training.
With semi-private training, you have a coach that knows you. That coach works with you to set goals, understand medical and injury histories and write a program that’s right for you. That program can either be seen on your training app or can be printed out for daily use.
From there, you have the freedom to come to any of our semi-private training times where there will be a coach to help you through your training program by providing accountability, coaching and cueing and exercise substitutions if there is a need.
Group sizes are small, generally 4-6 training members are working with a coach at one time, all with their own training plans working at their own pace. It’s an opportunity to get the workout that you are looking for at a lower cost when compared to personal training.
If you’re sick of following along with a group fitness instructor because your body just isn’t liking the exercises, or you want to train more frequently with a coach supporting you and holding you accountable, think about semi-private training as an option.
